The news 🗞️ Canadian payments software firm Lightspeed Commerce has confirmed it is conducting a strategic review of its business, following reports that the company is exploring a potential sale.

The Montreal-based company, which provides point-of-sale and commerce software to restaurants, retailers, and hospitality providers, has reportedly enlisted JPMorgan Chase JPM 0.00%↑ to evaluate options and solicit interest from potential buyers.
