Hey Everyone,

Good morning & happy Friday! Today, we’re diving into Anthropic's historic $2 trillion IPO, which would be the largest listing ever (we can finally price it thanks to a leaked Coatue deck, why the multiple isn't the scary part here & one number that decides whether $2T truly holds + bonus deep dives into The New Enterprise AI Go-To-Market Playbook & The Age of the One-Person Company inside), and Tempo Earn, Stripe's new stablecoin yield play that pays up to 4% a year after Congress banned exactly that (how the GENIUS Act workaround actually works, why Deel's 1.5M contractors are the perfect first customers, & what’s next + bonus dives into Stripe & the ultimate list of stables resources inside). So let’s just jump straight into the market-changing stuff 🌶️

Anthropic’s historic $2 trillion IPO hands Coatue its 2030 exit four years early 🤯💸

Following the money 💸 Six Anthropic backers told the Financial Times this week that they expect the Claude maker to go public in October 2026 at a valuation of $2 trillion or more, which would make it the largest IPO in history, ahead of SpaceX’s $1.77 trillion June debut.

A leaked Coatue deck, built on December 2025 company data, shows exactly what one of Anthropic’s most aggressive investors privately underwrote to get in.

The fund’s entry price is in there. So is its modeled 2030 exit, and so is the 35% IRR that October’s rumored offer would hand back four years ahead of schedule. Not bad at all… 👀

Let’s take a closer look at this and unpack Coatue’s math in detail, the one number in the deck that I think decides whether $2 trillion truly holds, and the price where I’d buy. Hint: that price is a lot lower.
