Hey Everyone,

Good morning & happy Friday! Today we’re looking into American Express that did something interesting in the Agentic AI space - it agreed to pay when the agents mess up (what The Amex Agentic Commerce Experiences (ACE) is all about, why it matters & what to expect next + bonus dives into Shopify’s Agents, AI Agents now opening bank accounts & how to build your first AI agent from scratch inside), and Anthropic, which now is basically a banking infrastructure (the real story behind UK financial institutions getting access to Claude Mythos & what to expect next + bonus dive into how one unreleased AI model just triggered a global financial emergency). So let’s jump straight into the good stuff 🌶️

Let’s take a closer look at this, understand what ACE is all about and why it could be far more important than anything else.
